UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN - IN HOUSE DESIGN
As a Graphic Designer at UT Austin, I have been responsible for the collaboration, creation, and production of many aspects of the UT visual brand as part of the Brand Team within the University Marketing and Communications Department. I work within my team and communicate across several organizations, departments, and platforms to produce the visually enticing results to promote campaigns, resources, and events across the Forty Acres. I often conceptualize ways to beef up and update the works of projects created before that need new life brought to them. This includes but is not limited to:
Print Collateral (postcards, forms, flyers, posters, programs)
Photography Editing
Digital Graphic Creation (web banners, email graphics, digital signage)
Social Media Image/Content Planning and Creation
Large Scale Signage
Swag/Printed Wearables (t-shirts/sweatshirts, hats, fanny packs, pins, stickers, bags, mugs, pens, lanyards)
The University of Texas at Austin is the No. 1 public university in Texas and a top-40 world university. The well-known institution of the Forty Acres spans a legacy throughout many industries and areas of study. Working in-house with such a well-established brand has provided me welcomed challenges to create new creative while still keeping with the iconic branding that meets at the crossroads of traditional and progressive in terms of its visual presentation. You’ll be able to view a few examples below of the well-rounded project-scape within my position.
